We offer free Worldwide delivery when you spend £60 or more on kath-kath.com Please allow 3 to 5 working days* for the goods to arrive in the UK and 5-10 Worldwide Deliveries are made from 7am until 7pm and may require a signature if the value is over £60. For this reason, you may wish to nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign. Anything ordered on a Friday afternoon, during the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the following working day. PLEASE NOTE: KathKath does not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location (e.g. shed, garage neighbour etc) we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive your parcel. We currently offer promotional free delivery when you spend £60 or more. This offer only applies to deliveries made to mainland U.K. and Channel Islands, EU and Worldwide. *PLEASE NOTE: During holiday season, peak season and our sale period delivery can take 5-7 working days
All orders placed before 2pm (GMT) on a business day we aim to ship the same day, providing card security checks are complete, and stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the following business day. During sale time there may be a slight delay. All deliveries over £60 require a signature. You will be notified via email when your order is dispatched. If you are based overseas, we estimate delivery will take approximately 5-10 working days. Your purchase will be dispatched by Royal Mail International signed for or by courier. As the parcel requires a signature, please ensure that there will be someone there to receive it. During the checkout process, if an incorrect destination country is selected, or the address entered doesn’t correspond to the country selected, the order will be cancelled and a notification of cancellation will be sent automatically to your nominated email address. We will take all reasonable steps to deliver your goods within 3-10 working days of your order, unless we have agreed a longer period with you. If you prevent delivery of the goods by, (for example) failing to supply the courier or your local customs, tax office with necessary information or documentation, or failing to pay local customs, taxes or courier’s administration fees so your package is returned to KathKath any resulting return postage or courier’s administration fees incurred will be deducted from the amount refunded to you in respect of that order. In the interest of security we reserve the right to despatch the product(s) purchased on this site to the billing address belonging to the credit card used as payment and not to the nominated delivery address supplied by you.
Delivery To Russia
Due to restrictions set by the Russian Federation Government & Customs Authority, we can only deliver orders to a registered business address and not a domestic address in that country. Orders will be delivered via Royal Mail and handed to the Russian Federation’s local postal service on arrival with them . We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.
Duty & Customs
If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes which customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges. Please note that selected products are for UK delivery only and cannot be delivered internationally due to duty and customs relations.
Returns and Exchanges
You may return your purchase (or part of it) for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving it by sending the item(s) back to us at the address listed below. Please email us in advance with your order details at firstname.lastname@example.org. When returning an item you should retain proof of posting from your shipper as we will not be responsible for any items that fail to reach us. Items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused and in the original packaging. KathKath reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable. Your statutory rights are not affected in connection with faulty items. The cost of sending items for return or exchange is the responsibility of the customer. We can’t be held responsible for overseas items that fail to reach their destination, therefore overseas customers may wish to send their parcel via a registered trackable service.
Incorrect, mis-described or faulty items. In the rare occurrence that an item arrives to you that is incorrect, mis-described or faulty, it can be returned free of charge by contacting email@example.com. We aim to process all returns within 48 hours of reaching us and will email or write to confirm when this has been done. Sometimes the limitations of the banking system mean that the refund may take a further few days to show up on your card statement. For exchanges, please return all items in accordance with the above. If you would like to exchange your item(s), please email. Our policy on Returns will apply to exchanges, however, all exchanges will be sent to you without any additional postage charges. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.
